So many words and phrases have new meaning post-baby: 2am, bottle, sleeping in … keg bucket.
Let me explain – our apartment does not have a bathtub. I naively thought we could bathe our new baby in the kitchen sink until, I don’t know … he was a toddler? Wrong. He grew out of the sink at 6 weeks. In a scramble to find something that resembled a tub, we stumbled across some keg buckets we had.
Dexter’s new bathtub has since been a keg bucket.

I wonder what happened to the inflatable tub? did it spring a leak?
We tried the inflatable tub the first day back in Mexico and it wouldn’t stay inflated. There was a leak somewhere, but I didn’t have the energy to find and patch it. Keg bucket it is!
