Yesterday was Dave’s last day of Medical School. It’s crazy to think of how much has changed in just 4 years … we got married, adopted 2 dogs, welcomed Dexter to the world and are about to welcome our little girl in just a few more weeks.
One thing is certain, Dave’s smile is 100 times bigger and brighter today than it was back in 2008!

I feel like your puppy in this photo, grinning from ear to ear. You make my heart swell with joy!
In the first one, he is wearing a smile. In the second one, he IS the smile!
From not sure what I am getting into here to this was all worth it. Love it!
