Brace yourselves, you are about to witness the sweetest example of sharing ever!

I know that these exchanges will be short-lived, especially because Alex is well on her way to becoming mobile.  She hasn’t become intrusive in Dexter’s world, yet.  All toys are still his.  All books are still his.  The high chair is still his.  Etc. Etc. Etc.

So for now, I will just revel in the sweetness of my toddler and be blissfully ignorant to the sharing battles that are surely headed my way.

“Hey Alex, I found your Sophie … here, you should have her.

“Thanks Dexter, that was so nice of you”

“What else do you have over there???”

“I’m just reading my Zoo book.”

“Here, let me get closer so you can see the pictures, too.”

“Hmm, do you think I could have it?”

“Of course, it’s definitely your turn!”
