First of all, a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Benito Juarez! His 5-term presidency in Mexico was so excellent that Mexico recognizes the third Monday of March as a holiday in his honor.
Which means, I had the day off and was able to make green eggs in honor of the holiday I am used to celebrating … ST. PATRICK’S DAY!

These look marvelous. I will (politely) meltdown if M doesn’t make them for me tomorrow. I will ask her to make them in a box. I will ask her to make them with a fox. I will ask her to make them in our house. I will ask her to make them with a mouse. I will ask her to make them here or there. I will ask her to make them everywhere!
